About Us
I founded Pawfect Day in 2020, a business created from the life I wanted to provide my 3 rescue dogs.

With over 13 years experience in the Animal Industry in a variety of farming, keepering and teaching roles. I have spent the last 8 years in the canine field. I have worked in kennels, doggy day care, rescue, overseas rescue, rehabilitation and behaviour.

I hold qualifications in Animal Management, Education & Training, Grooming and Canine First Aid.

At Pawfect Day, we opened our grooming service in October 2020, followed by our home boarding business in January 2021, and after great success over the last five years, we have most recently expanded and opened our doggy day care centre in April 2026.
​
We hold a 5 star home boarding license with Swale Borough Council and a 5 star dog day care license with Maidstone Borough Council.
​
You will also meet our two residential dogs, Nancy and Pippa. Well, you will definitely meet our Collie Nanc, there is a high chance Pippa will be back at home being a couch potato!
Pawfect Day was created for our dog Arthur, who heartbreakingly passed away in October 2024.
Arthur was born and lived on the streets of Romania as a puppy/young dog. He was taken from the streets by dog catchers and taken to a terrifying kill shelter, where he would be 'disposed' of.
But thankfully with little time to spare, he was rescued and travelled to England in 2017, where we adopted him a few months later.
Arthur was the most incredible boy who faced a variety of challenges in life, but found it in his heart to trust that we would keep him safe. I built my business, (if you notice, he's actually the face of our logo!) so I could always be with Arthur, as he had never known anything other than coming to work with me every day. And due to his anxieties and trauma, It was my priority to make sure he could continue to live a life of happiness and safety. He was naughty, hilarious, loud, a hooligan, cheeky, (sometimes scary to strangers!) but most importantly incredibly loyal and so so loving. He was our sons protector and my best friend.
So we continue Pawfect Day in his name.
